If you break or lose any parts such as a handle, latch, or drain plug at any time, feel free to reach out and we will send you replacement parts at no charge. If you decide you want to return an undamaged cooler, you are responsible for return shipping. Only items in new condition can be returned. Once the item is received, your refund will be applied. A restocking fee may be applied to cover original shipping costs to you.
